Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? As a doctor you have hands on experience and you can pick up on a lot of experience. The consultants are ready to guide and teach you. The staffs are very friendly and everyone cares about the patient more than the money.
