There is lot of politics when it comes to the managemebt .There is no growth in salary.There is a 3yrs bond which you have to sign before joining.

...en square means learning something new everyday... The management is supportive. Salary is good in comparison to other schools. And the respect we get from others b’coz we r teachers @seven square..😍

The school has nothing to do with it.. but of course the politics of few people.. I personally don’t like.. but this is also true that these type of people,we can get everywhere.... 🤷🏻‍♀️

1) Pathetic nature Of chair person Mrs Suman Mehta, She is like Gunda of the school always speaks like lady don she don't have any manners to speak with staff 2) pathetic behaviour of Principal Deepinder Kaur Chadda, She is the most evil woman on earth, she is always in angry and bad mood. She doesn't have manners to talk with staff. She harrasses a lot by giving lot of burden forcing teachers not to leave on time also at the time of interview she will discuss the salary amount but the time of payment she will give you less amount by saying we have discussed this much amount. Also if you wish to leave that school by providing proper procedure than also she will harrass you a lot by not giving your original Documents till the next academic year. She thinks she will live happily , No karma will show her true world I hope she die soon 😡😡😡😡

If you are hardworking they will make you suffer by burdening you with all the work. There is no rest time. Lots of work load. And they play politics with you. If you want to leave they will give bad reviews about you even if you are great with your work and teaching. You won't get holidays at all even on Sundays they will call you for work. And don't expect vacation at all for any occasion.

Seven Square Academy is the best CBSE school especially for freshers to join in. I have been teaching there for past 2 years as a Yoga Teacher and there was immense opportunity for us to grow in terms of overall development. Grateful to be a part of this esteemed organisation.
