Being asked to write about job security, work culture & management, job security proved to be minimal because they closed the regional office during the peak time of Covid crisis. Work culture was the worst that I have encountered in 10 years of my experience because the internal politics are at paramount level & I was definitely a victim of the same. Blaming is the best tool they used to grind me for 2 years & would cry like babies whenever I applied for leaves I was eligible for. There are enormous trust issues where my two immediate managers never believed we worked diligently from the remote location the company themselves hired us for. Company policies aren't that much disgusting with the 1 star I have given for the same & because the DGM was very professional.

Dislikes

After being asked to be polite & to avoid using offensive language or defaming people, I will be professional enough(even though the company was not even 1% professional) to stick to my words only as per above paragraph. May god give them the wisdom to try & atleast spell PROFESSIONAL correctly.
