Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...re as long as you have work and you will be thrown out once you are out of work. Your salary will never come on time. Your job is not secure and this can remove you without any reason.

Good Company to learn about most of e-com platform.

Dislikes

No Job security and Poor Management - company owner is impatient and can fire you for no reason. It didn't happened with me but he had forced to resign all my subordinates so as a protest i decided to leave the company.
