Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Likes

No sense of humanity or well being. You have slog even if you are dead. During covid 75% of office personnel were called in office. Not a company worth growing with. Certainly not worth living your career.

Work culture is bad. Salary being deducted. Company with 3 months notice period. Despite work hours you are expected to work late till night.

The company staff is very good I will always be very thankful of seven island because they gave me job when nobody was ready to see my resume. The staff is very supportive and also receptionist madam Crishty is very supportive person.
