Collogues are good and supportive but management is terrible.. low salary and no appraisals.. In Covid 19 situation school is not paying us.. 18 teachers are on lay off.. management is not supporting in such situation

Dislikes

Lot of politics.. career growth is so slow.. you can only resign in January by serving 3months notice period..They take all your original documents otherwise will not give you appointment letter..

It was an amazing experience to work with the organization where it was fun with earn and where no compromise is done in kids bright future and education. Good mentors including all the trustees, principal & supervisors.

SESS has high academic standards with more extra curricular activities. The food menu is healthy and diverse. Students are motivated to participate in extra curricular activities to enhance there confidence.

The whole management team was very good especially trustee Pooja Ma'am and Chair person Suman Mehta .They treat employees very well and lots of exposure to grow in the field.

Dislikes

For me everything was good from education, faculty behaviour, food , school ambience and everything was teacher friendly.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
