...nship program. If you are good and innovative worker, it become asset of the SM. Salary is also is also competitive in the industry. The travelling is frequency in project area as well as out side the project area when ever is needed. Politically, SM has it has importance. It works on Gandhian philosophy. It follow the secular and democratic principles that is need of the time. The work culture is very holistic and innovative. The welfare of employees is the major focus. It is essential to mention here that transparency in project activities and financial position as well as governance, there is rare organisation in the country.

There is no such disliking that harms the work culture and process of governing issues. Some personality egoism caused to conflict among the workers. The management has the capacity to resolve such conflicting situation. Generally, cohesive work environment has been experienced.

Too comfortable place to work. You are given more than enough time to work on any given task. And if you are good at delegation then this place is best place to work.

No performance monitoring, workplace politics at its peak. Its a good place to work when you are nearing your retirement phase. Come and sit all day without doing any actual work.
