Everything - Philanthropic culture, women empowerment through education to anyone who approaches the organisation,weekly, monthly quarterly meetings.Collaboration with the voluntary organisations like Lion'sckub,Rotary club,good infrastructure, excellent library facility, lively culture of joy, integration with the other departments, autonomy.

Dislikes

Further promotional channel, provident fund, adequate canteen/ food facilities,policy for increment ,are deficiencies. Retirement policy should be according to the University rules & not as per the travelling faculty , residential quarters are lacking

Likes

There is great scope for innovation,freedom.Critical analysis is done during the meeting on each minute aspect.Management members believe in human development of the students & staff in spite of various hurdles.Even small achievement is appreciated.Team work is encouraged .My work is a great source of happiness and fulfillment here .The management members truly care / nurture for the staff.

Dislikes

Overall system needs to be more stronger.Written policies & standard operative procedures are lacking .The human resource development policies , staff mentoring ,provident fund are certain issues , need to be looked into.
