Freedom of choice, team work, democratic leadership style, weekly meetings with the management, research culture, emotional aspect is being taken care of, resourcefulness, good infrastructure, student focused ambience, organisational culture and good practices, a culture of respect and dignity..The institution possesses excellent role models.Their advice and experience adds to the development and growth of the employees.The Management members are sensitive to the concerns of the needs of the employees.

Dislikes

Salary is okay, but it should be synchronised with government pay ( although not exactly same),Facility for in- service education may be provided, for the growth of an employee as well as institution.Regular canteen facility is essential as Nursing professionals are at high risks for various infections,and their duty hours are prolonged.We need to care of the health care professionals if we need to protect people' s health.

Likes

I admire all the members of the management for their enthusiasm and interest in empwering women with excellent education.The patriotic and other good values are inculcated among all the students.We have good role models to follow and learn leadership from.I admire their untiring efforts.

Dislikes

Somewhere the soft skills may be deficient. Senior members are bypassed at times and deprived from their due appreciation.So emotional health is somewhere damaged.There is a great scope for the improvement of the canteen facility .On the job training may be given for at least part time, for upgrading teachers knowledge and skills.
