The company totally unprofessional After doing all round done everything After that They're said "there has been slight change with the maximum salary offer for the accountant here." Since we are getting candidates within the range, 25K to 30K, I am not allowed to offer beyond this much... My question is why they're mentioning package something else before interviewing

...ng them do all the compliance. The culture of learning and growth is tremendous. Salary growth for the deserving candidates is just fantastic. However, no employer will continue or encourage a bad employee. The negative reviews are fake or from a failed employee.

They have extremely strict reporting time if you are late there are consequences. I think they should be little liberal on morning reporting time especially for night owls like me.

I worked for this consultancy and was extremely disappointed to find that they did not pay me for the work I had done. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they refused to pay what was owed to me, which caused a great deal of financial hardship. As an employee, I feel let down and undervalued by this company. I would caution others who are considering working with them to be wary of their practices and reputation.

Unprofessional people. 5 star reviews posted here are fake and are posted in the last week of February to increase the chances of getting good employees. Do not fall for such ungrateful people.

I have been serving Setindiabiz as a Senior Accountant for 5 years now. Since I joined in the senior profile itself, I cannot comment on the experience of being a fresher here. But as a senior or team leader, you get all the tasks and responsibilities you are looking for a team handle direct accountability to the management, trusted clientele base and incentive for the team's performance. I must say I am quite satisfied with the work culture here, and salaries that senior profiles receive in this company.

Dislikes

Not enough refreshments to employees. Less holidays, strict leave policies, no cash compensation for overtime and not many occasions or events organized by the HR. Your team may fall out of motivation to work quite easily here.
