I am working here since over seven years, today have seen negative review about our company. Frankly, these are from few failed people who could not meet the basic expectation of company such as discipline and performance. I was just a commerce graduate and today I am handling important clients and helping them do all the compliance. The culture of learning and growth is tremendous. Salary growth for the deserving candidates is just fantastic. However, no employer will continue or encourage a bad employee. The negative reviews are fake or from a failed employee....Read More

They have extremely strict reporting time if you are late there are consequences. I think they should be little liberal on morning reporting time especially for night owls like me.

Currently Working here as an accountant. I was recommended here by a friend of mine. Must say, whatever I heart about this place, especially from fellow accountants is true. this is a great place to work with diversified clients across industries on a huge range of accounting products. You'll learn a lot here if you stay productive.

Overwork and overtime are very common in this company, especially for my profile taking leaves can be frowned upon if there's work pending. This discourages employees from giving their best.

I am working here currently as an accountant. Joined just a few months ago. My experience in the company has mostly been good. Be it the management, colleagues, team members or team leaders, all are very supportive and patient. Teamwork is a major plus point in this company. People just get the job done, and do not play blame games around here. Of course, you are held responsible for your mistakes, but you're not beaten to death for it!...Read More

They have really low employee retention rates, especially in the technical profiles. The management sometimes is too quick to lost patience. They can make erratic decisions without how it would impact you and your future. This is both a positive and negative for this company.
