...ng them do all the compliance. The culture of learning and growth is tremendous. Salary growth for the deserving candidates is just fantastic. However, no employer will continue or encourage a bad employee. The negative reviews are fake or from a failed employee.

Dislikes

They have extremely strict reporting time if you are late there are consequences. I think they should be little liberal on morning reporting time especially for night owls like me.

I worked for this consultancy and was extremely disappointed to find that they did not pay me for the work I had done. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they refused to pay what was owed to me, which caused a great deal of financial hardship. As an employee, I feel let down and undervalued by this company. I would caution others who are considering working with them to be wary of their practices and reputation.

Unprofessional people. 5 star reviews posted here are fake and are posted in the last week of February to increase the chances of getting good employees. Do not fall for such ungrateful people.

Unprofessional people. No learning opportunities. Do not fall for the 5-star reviews posted in February 2023, they are all fake. Check the genuine reviews posted by real employees.

I changed my profile from Sales to Customer Support for this company. Must say, I actually realized the potential and importance of this profile here. Got to interact with the most diverse and elite customers. Also, the seniors were very supportive and passionately explained the roles and responsibilities we were handed over. I am pretty sure, had I stayed longer, I had been a better Support Agent than I am now!

...sure here is tremendous and there is a lack of proper working hours flexibility. No decent overtime compensation and you sometimes are called to work during holidays and leaves as well.

It's incredibly demotivating to work hard and not receive your pay on time. This has become a recurring problem, and it's causing a lot of stress among the employees.Additionally, the company makes numerous fake commitments about incentives and provident funds. They promise attractive bonuses and benefits during the hiring process, but these promises are never fulfilled. The provident fund contributions are either delayed or not made at all, which is a serious breach of trust and legality.The overall work environment is toxic, with a lack of transparency and honesty from the management. Employees are left feeling undervalued and cheated. I would not recommend Setindiabiz to anyone looking for a stable and supportive workplace.
