My experience working at Sethi Construction has been fairly average. The company provides a decent working environment with a good balance of teamwork and individual responsibilities. While there are opportunities to learn and grow, they could be more structured or frequent.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
