The management did not pay us even when we worked 18 hours a day to make our online classes a grand success in the city.

The mangement is inexperienced, not open to learn. The mangement has not fulfilled a single commitment made to parents or staffs in these 2 years. They use inappropriate language while talking to their staff. At the time of appointment they promise a lot of things and but after joining you will be humilated because you are not listened to after joining. Every now and then principal and vice principal is leaving the school. Teachers are asked to call parents for fees deposits. There is no canteen and not actual staffroom available. There is no facility for staff to have tea even. There is no time for the staff to have lunch in school. They haven't provided chairs for teachers to sit. There are no fixed hours or days for work.

Lots of politics and management plays a great role salary not so good and growth about to none. Job is not secure candidate can be fire for any reason some times those reasons are find as a stupid kind of.

JAIPURIA SCHOOL ORAI CAMPUS no job security and the management don't even gives respect to there teachers don't join this institution worst school I have ever seen with worst education don't take Addmision in this school and for teachers Plz Plz don't join this school and female teachers are not secure there.

There is absolutely nothing to like about this organisation

The organization failed to fulfill any of the promises made during the hiring process, including salary increments and incentives. Proper documentation, like the joining letter, was delayed and incorrect, and despite multiple requests, a revised letter was never provided. None of the promised incentives were realized. Upon resignation, they refused to issue an experience letter unless one month’s salary was paid or the notice period was served. Management is unresponsive to employee concerns and emails, demonstrating a complete lack of transparency and accountability.

.... 5. Different rules for different teachers. 6. Leaves are not carried forward. So if you take more than one leave then your salary is deducted, even if your are on medical condition. 7. There is no system of offer Letter. Appointment letter they give you after one or two years. 8. In appointment letter it is written that teacher is entitled for benefits mentioned in annexure "A". No one knows that where is annexure "A". They don't provide any annexure. 9. Current Principal is totally inexperienced. As a principal it is her first school. She don't have any respect for PGTs. Accordingly to her PRTs and PGTs are equal. 10. School is good for a person who is a shoe licker, good in politics. 11. Salary increment is not fixed. It varies from teacher to Teacher. 12. One teacher Sheeshkamal Mishra has filled a case against management of Seth M.R. Jipuria for not giving the salary of corona period. Rest of the teachers have got their salary of corona period.
