Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. It was my passion about cars, that took me there. The owner of Seth & Sons Mr. Vineet Seth is fine business man,and a great personal, who looks forward to expand the business by setting up fair and professional approach I gave my best, had great time there unfortunately the management is not that great.
