This organisation has no vision for future. I have worked with setco 6+years. There culture is feel like unsecure and management has not any experience of management of organisation. Employee can not think for personal growth. There is practice to appoint who are needy peoples because they are working for long time. Overall all this company not suitable for jobs, growth and development of people's. Organisation has playing with employees and getting opportunity from employee doing time pass in CSR
