Salary and benefits are very less. Less growth opportunities. They keep transferring staff from one profile to another acc to their needs. They believe in hiring freshers at less pay than retaining experienced employee with some good salary.

Only one thing, that too i find it a challenge maybe not others. People here are a bit slow in work. I am someone who has always worked in fast paced environment and like to do work rapidly.

Campaign delivery team leader lacking core domain knowledge. It's strange when someone having decades of digital marketing experience but still unaware of paid campaign strategies. Disappointed with team leader selection approach.

Talking about the proposition, we are into a very niche work catering to the compliance requirement of all the Financial advice that has been given by our advisers in UK as part of our Mortage and Insurance advice business.
