Company Policy is good. HR policy is great. No pay cuts during lockdown.

Work pressure is very high. All pressure comes down the line to sales force. No long term vision & plan to grow the organization. Huge attrition across levels. Huge expectation from sales team. Worst functional heads in sales function, No sales experience. Such people are threat to the organization.
