Company Policy is good. HR policy is great. No pay cuts during lockdown.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high. All pressure comes down the line to sales force. No long term vision & plan to grow the organization. Huge attrition across levels. Huge expectation from sales team. Worst functional heads in sales function, No sales experience. Such people are threat to the organization.

...takes each and every precautions about the safety of employees and their family. No Salary cuts that's the important aspect in the current situation which makes feel good and secure.

The company is open to innovation and readilyadopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.the work pressure is very high
