No support. Don’t have any plan for work this situation. No social distancing is maintained. No Govt norms are followed.

...nist is made hr. Don’t have any employees policies. Zero work- life balance. Salary never paid on time. Delayed upto one month. Never had any celebration or activity for employees. Management approach is disgusting towards staff.

No career growth Worst working culture Worst management No salary on time Unprofessional management I suggest you to everyone don't do the mistake that i did joining by this company. Traveling allowance 150 rs par day In 150 you have to eat lunch breakfast dinner. Un educated accountant they cant even calculate salary. Basically they are running shop not office They can terminate any time no job security

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
