Management dont respect long term employees. not full filling their salary expectatio. If we stayed for 10 years then your salary will be 10L PA. If they hire new employee with 5 years experience then they will offer them 15L PA.

I got good manager and I was working in one of the client , Client is biased in terms of Job. If your billable your good. They don't have much project. There are few folks who wants to ruin company So before join check manager behaviors once.

Salary hike is low. Promotion is based on religion Limited project No Learning

...but till my last working day they said they are waiting for client confirmation. After that they took hr discussion and told that we can offer very less hike from the current salary. It became pointless for me to wait with just false hopes from the company.Really a terrible experience and decided not be work even in future with such a worst kind of management procedures.

On time salary and flexible timing. Not any other pros I could see.

Got stuck with a worst marketing team in my experience. The person who leads our team is not strong in the domain, at the same time has too much of superiority complex that affects us. He either doesn't do anything or let us do. The team is idle for years, just closing the work that comes in, without any new ideas or progress. Our reporting manager gets in touch with us once in a blue moon. Too much of politics and favouritism. I want to move out of this company as soon as possible. But couldn't due to less opportunities during this pandemic. If servion is serious about marketing, hire a proactive marketing leader with good knowledge and with at least decent team management skills. The one at the moment is a bad example.
