It's all about owner, Mr Ashwin Trivedi: Most helpful person and so curious about new technology, they support to all persons but it (support) can better if you from Brahmin Religion. And overall everything is fine for you if you are relative of senior and Authority.

... give less sites to their relatives and they never highlights faults of their. Salary growth is also low... And as I told you that you can technically grow only if you are relative of authority..... My advice is that beware from first two Demon if you go for Technical Department, And ya this is about Ankit Chaurasia, he is from sales Manager but he doesn't any talking sence.... Owner wanted to develop their company like Google, Tesla and Microsoft but they want all guys in Formal clothes and they wanted to give low salary....

Nothing to like in this company. At present this company has no market value. Degrading day by day. Nepotism, bad work cultures are there only.

Dislikes

It is not a standard company. It is a village like co operative.Not having professional management. Situation is becoming worse day by day. But management has no time to evaluate their position in market. Attrition rate is high.Very difficult to get employees to work with them.
