I hate behavoiur of subtness ,rudes,arrogant behaviour should not be tolerate in work place. The labour should get what company has promise.

Eclerx is a good start up for a new fesher. the person get good exposure of working. The working environment is good.

Dislikes

Compensation is average but the growth is slow. There is no proper line up for trainings hence the Senior have to guide them which is very difficult, because we have to also perform our BAU at the same time and which hammper's our productivity at the end.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow and the work pressure is very high, some time i have to work 15 to 18 hrs straight in a day.
