No humanitarian principles follow. Bolte hai na"Naam bade aur darshan chote" Recommend not to join this company whether as fresher, middle level or as experienced because there is no career growth and you are always in firing zone by dominant egoistic proudy managers. HR are helpless and puppets of managers. Quick hire and quick fire Delay in payments

What company offers in salary, stocks and benefits on offer letter are good. It is still offering Hybrid. The office looks luxurious and feels good.

Dislikes

1. All that you work is only on ServiceNow platform. There will be nothing you will learn that will be useful for your career outside ServiceNow. 2. One will get a lot of leaves on paper, but you will not feel like taking them, bcz you will have lot of responsibilities that you have to carry though you're on leave, sometimes you will be asked to connect by your manager. On average a person takes about 8 to 10 maximum, while all other 15 to 20 leaves expire at the end of the year. You will be encouraged by your manager to take leaves 2 times in a year, that too for the sake of "I encouraged my resources". 3. Managers sets unrealistic expectations, and push employees into rat race of promotions. 4. Very bad work-life balance

The work-life balance is very good here. People are not behind you, you get sufficient time to complete the work. Managers are very supportive.

Dislikes

Getting a promotion after Senior Software Engineer is very tough. If you get higher in the high salary band then you will not get a good increment next year onwards. They will try to normalize your salary depending on your current designation. You get to work on the ServiceNow platform, so you will be learning how that platform works. You will not learn about things happening outside just keep learning specific things about the platform.

Being an independent contributor , nobody will be behind you to rush for deliverables. You have to own the deliverales

There are some cheap HR and Managers who will not follow fair practices for salary offered

Very smart people, interesting work, good compensation

Career growth is not upto the mark. SN shapes people to be very SN like, who understands only their internal tools and who are oblivious to what is happening in the outside world: that is problematic. No international relocation. Indian managers dance to the tune of their M2s residing in US. Developer tooling is horrible, late night meetings everyday, you are basically expected to take calls throughout the day, even Friday nigh 11pm.
