Management of ServiceIO is very good. They are concerned for every employee's growth. Its a startup compony but they managed everything very well.

As this is startup they need a some time to be a good known company in the market.

It's very friendly and supportive. It looks like family. The best part of my job is the opportunity to constantly learn and grow. I'm exposed to new challenges regularly, which helps me develop both professionally and personally.

I am associated with ServiceIO from past one year. I have observed that organization have excellent domain expertise in service management, its tool and implementations. Worked on two different projects where end clients were fortune 500. I was able to get good exposure on very challenging projects and got good learning on all the projects I have been working so far in ServiceIO. This was possible because of collaborative work culture, strong employee connect and structured trainings. Lots of employee friendly policies such as working hours, location etc.

Dislikes

As company is growing, I am also growing personally and professional; so no such things.
