Pay sclale and leave issues. They will pay you less and expect you to work and handle everything like a senior consultant and above...i am sharing my experience as a fresher. The biggest issues i had about is leaves and pay scale. But in terms of learning i get lots of learning here.

Work-life balance and supportive and Friendly nature on management team and Most of colleague in over all company.

Dislikes

While I appreciate many aspects of working at Serviceberry Technology, I have observed instances where certain team members seem to receive preferential treatment. This perception of partiality, along with the feeling that individual effort within team projects isn't always adequately acknowledged, can be demotivating. I believe a review of current recognition and reward practices would be valuable to ensure fairness and encourage continued high performance from all team members.

Likes

Good startup company to gain lot of knowledge specially good for fresher's. Good for learning, innovation. Small company so one can assigned to multiple project which inturns difficult to manage work-life balance. Good appraisals depends upon your total project completion per year. Seniors are very helpful.

Dislikes

They should hire more good resources and should have good HR policies.
