Company politics, preference given to employees who have been hired through internal references, during covid pandemic few staff was laid off so no job security. No employee counseling on performance issues, no leave encashment policy only at time of retirement, fnf settlement process takes 30-45 days after many follow ups with accounts department.

Work life is very miserable. No benefits. No support from management. After people join the organisation they are taken for granted and life is made very miserable. False promises are made at the time of interview and joining. No requirement is fulfilled of the employee they just leave them like one orphan to work. No care and attention is given at all to employees. Very bad experience I faced during my tenure. The management is very poor.

False promises made to employees. Salary never on time. They literally make the blue color staff to cry. No growth. Work environment is boring. Work life is never balanced. Very poor management and thinking.
