I have worked with ServerGuy, and I have found that there is no job security. You will find no raise in your salary even after working very hard.

In my 1.5 years here. serverguy has provided an innovative and supportive environment where new ideas thrive. the leadership is approachable and the focus on collaboration and continuous learning keeps work engaging. i also value the flexible work-life balance making it a great place to grow both personally and professionally while working with cutting edge technologies.

At the moment i don't have any major dislikes. however, working remotely sometimes makes collaboration and task clarity a bit challenging. that said, the management is very responsive, and any issues brought up during our weekly roundups are quickly addressed ensuring smooth progress.

I have been working at Serverguy from past 2 years and I am extremely satisfied with my experience here. The company culture is positive and inclusive and my coworkers are all supportive and collaborative. No Office Politics. I have had the opportunity to work on various interesting and challenging projects and have received necessary support and guidance to succeed. The office is located very nearby to Metro station and good location.

Work Culture is amazing. You will get the flexibility to finish up your work seniors helping juniors, while juniors coming up with their discovering and learning really like the clan so far.

Ever since we started working from home we are completing our tasks mainly. We used to have chats, discussions, and team collaboration which are no longer happening. I really miss the office communication and team collaboration
