Very poor management in India,HR also never connect with their employees for any issues/meet ups,internal politics, team gang up in there own state/caste and managers only listen to them and appreciate them

...ucts. There's a lot of investment in upskilling the colleagues based on needs. Rated 4 on the Salary, Benefits, Appraisals and Job Security because the company has a long way to go to prove itself. Right now, it has some really great leaders within the India office.

Salary is better, but career growth is slow. Work pressure tends to spike a lot somedays. In transformation phase!

Depends on which unit you are. Some unit is very chill while other is too much micro management. Too many trackers and checkpoints and meetings, processes are given much importance. Only some people are advised to speak to SME's which ristricts knowledge flow.
