They dont have qualified staff, especially HR. And then are cheater, with my experience, they took my interview for Project Manager and discussed the salary about the same post, but on paper they gave me Project Coordinator and salary as for Project Coordinator, which was loss for me and then they said that they will increase after 3 Months which they have not done, and when I raised the issue they started troubling me. Company is good, staff is worst.

Good place to start as a developer if you are a fresher, new to the industry. You'll get better coding experience , it is startup. You'll always been engaged with some work, even though it is not useful sometimes you'll be doing something. Not that office much politics, you can survive without getting involved

Dislikes

Pay is low for fresher for the amount work they have to go through. A lot of improvement can be made in process. The workflow is somewhat immature, people are waiting to escalations to take place , which can rather been avoided sometimes.

Friendly environment as long as you are not in to office politics.

1. Salary not on time. 2. First preference for female employees for promotions despite having less experience. 3. No recognition how hard to perform. 4. Prefers hard work over smart work. 5. Pantry is unclean and unhealthy.

I joined Sequretek as a Fresher and Got Opportunity to work for big Client so Personally and professionally i am very happy . Good Company for Fresher .

Salary cut during Corona And still (December) not given Salary which is cut during Corona . Very very Low Hike after 1yr exp. Off Site Employees are not getting proper treatment from Company like no one know Anyone . Atleast they can keep 1 meeting in every month for Off Site Employees.

...s per their choice didn't even bother to employees career might effect on that And most and main issue salary 99% of the time salary they provided very late Ex their salary date is 6th of every month but most of the time i received my salary 11, 12, 10 like this. They didn't even deposit my PF balance yet only two months PF i have received whereas they hev deducted the same HR Shoaib is good but he didn't take care of payment related issues and I Heard the management dumping money to US. Market cause now their main is now to US. Worst management and project managers you will find in this company they don't stand with their subordinate in client place hence you will find no one's care of you. And lot's things to mention but good thing they've give is that that time they have offered me job when I was in very needy and despite above things I learnt few things which is now working for me and they gave me chance when I required.
