After the completion of client project they will remove from the job with one month notice period and no other job opportunities provided by the company. No proper response from HR team after the notice Period for Experience/ Relieving letter documents.

There is a lots of politics and the management doesn't address our issues, salary is decent but career growth is slow. Increment time bond of 1 year before which you can't resign otherwise full paid salary has been recovered. On the job traning is not given to new joiners.

Nothing to like here. HR is worst, they deduct some amount from ur salary and thry couldn't givd you a valid reason for the deduction. They provide you salary break in which that amount deduction is not mentioned.
Company is good in prospectus of learning and improve skill but benefit of employee is not good...If employee not to do his work and more work then it is not desirable employee for a company. At appraisal, it same with another company.. gives little bit increment money..
About employee spends his money like conevence or food ... This money is sometime pay less amount....If any employee is best in work then his workload is increases and normal employee is ok from company prospectus....
