Nothing - Managers are worse - The company is not performing well and hence didn't give employees appraisal as well, and managers treat subordinates like shit - no respect at all. I would not recommend anyone to work in seqrite

Nothing at all. Worst life decision to join here.

Dislikes

Culture is so terrible. I left within a week of joining. Toxic management, work culture , worst managerial politics, compromised ethics of Human Resources, unfit and highly faulty product for the enterprise(FYI management is not ready to accept and modify btw) and what not..... I regreted every decision of joining this organization. Kind of life lesson.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
