...re is a huge cefeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good.appraisals are fair and they give good salary.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues .salary is decent but career growth is slow.

work easy but employee is not working in shift time and lot of problem, night shift some employee sleeping in the shift time, this company is rejected me in covid19

Yes,Company policies are good. Good safety and they give package is to low but bonus every year

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Salary is equal for experience persons, skilled person and without experience Reference having they giving preference without reference they didn't give any position having experience also

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
