New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward
I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

...rite some points only 1. 6 months of probation period without single holiday 2. 3 months of notice period with they cut your salary without any reason 3. 10 hours of working compulsory without mobile 4. Saturday compulsory working 6 hours. 5. Watching YouTube and Listen song strictly not allow.

...am. Freshers didn't get offer letter even after completing more than 3 months. They don't give full salary even after completion of 3 months so called training(wage) period.

...year of work experience they are offering us 10k salary. Cabin man is very rude.when we are leaving bcz of salary package he said very rudely why you came then.on phone call they tond us they will offer same ctc like previous and when we go face to facebook they are taking this shit.very bad people
