The company is very good there is no problem in the company I really wanted to work in the company but for some reason I was given a break.

Dislikes

Payment does not increase within the company. No bonus on Diwali.😟

there are most of new thing are learning and interaction with people is good and communication interaction is good and salary structure is also good...

There are some material issues and there are civil work is not scope right now only looks quality only in civil and civil work is not in contractual in future.

Senvion is overall very good company, specilly for employee. Senvion has given on tome salary in Covid situation and never done any employee cutting duing down time too.

Self growth in company is not upto mark.

Peace of mind, no much work pressure,freedom of work. Compassion towards you.

Dislikes

No opportunity for growth, due non competative environment, lack of external training. If you are from other place you are treated seperately ( Trichy plant). Management is not serious about what it's producing, no advance infrastructure given in manufacturing process of wind turbine blades.

1)I have completed diploma in Electrical engineering & my total professional work experience is 3.0years in Wind turbine generator manufacturing industry as junior engineer in Production department & High voltage switchgear industry Quality Engineer in Quality Assurance department.
