New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

...ity. There no safety shoes ,nd safety norms. Politics more in every department. Insurance money also cut in workers salary. Timings tooo bad from mrng 8.00 am to evng 6.00 Pm total 10 hrs duty...

Dislikes

No ethics and values. No job security. They terminate employees anytime without notice period. No increments and promotions. Very bad work culture. Recommend not to join such company

No, not supported in carona time Not paid salaries and give layoff to many people

In this company has no Sop and no Operations procedures Evry 1 doing paper works , effort less Management very poor they belive old process Heavy timing hours and no ethics(12hrs) All departments and around 50 staf has only one system No payslips No ERP No food If did mistake ,fine book is ready What they saying before interview everything is wrong Once join before check office and work culture is best U must go in Sunday and festivals No weekoffs and slary cuting No facilities for employees like washroom also Bikari job hie All sentini groups r equal Durgamaye transportation also most worest
