1.If company sales decreases as compared with previous month management will pay only half salary to all employees except to top level employees over senior manager and above.
2.one of my coluge went out of the company he placed resignation as per company policy and Hr first agreed to releive him but at end of the notice period management has not approved his resignation and they threatened my coluge to stay in the company .
3.Salary increments for below senior manager will be given once in 2years(if you work 4 years you will get 2 times increment only not more than 10 percentage)
4. Management will not think about employee wellness also per year only 10 sick and casual leaves including all types of leaves(marrage leaves etc)
