Management is always behind numbers and no work life balance. You start your day and end your day with work until sleeping. Too much of micro management and work pressure. Well, at one point of time you start feeling if you are labourer following master's instructions or in a skilled job :)

they cancelled recently the only one plus that I could see for myself - remote, now if work in a city where they have office, you have to be present from/till several days a week

They lay off by entire departments, never transfer people to open vacancies You work like a slave Your opinion never matters They don’t value people
