...orld's lowest increments so that he can improve in the area where the one lacks. Even a fresher operator will have the same salary(with OT) as of an Engineer having an experience of 5-6 years.

If you can satisfy your manager by buttering , then this company is a heaven. But if you have skills more than your manager then there is no scope appraisal, and. please don't even think about the promotions. Management blindly trusts managers and they play with future of their juniors.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joinees
