Pathetic Company and Management blindly trusts managers only and didn't even care about the employees. Less than 700 rs increment for a full time B.Tech Engineer with overall 6 years of experience, even less than of an operator. They didn't even give reason for the world's lowest increments so that he can improve in the area where the one lacks. Even a fresher operator will have the same salary(with OT) as of an Engineer having an experience of 5-6 years....Read More

If you can satisfy your manager by buttering , then this company is a heaven. But if you have skills more than your manager then there is no scope appraisal, and. please don't even think about the promotions. Management blindly trusts managers and they play with future of their juniors.
