Everything is dislike with this organisation no proper HR no proper policy what ever is mentioned in the offer letter is not obeyed by the organisation no proper clarification on the salary.

Likes

The senior authorities at Sensys work collectively and tackle the work pressure together as a team which I find is best environment for one to work in. They act and treat you nicely and provide a happy ambiance.

Dislikes

They are strict with the office timings. If you're late by more than 15 mins,you get a half day salary deducted. Else everything us great about Sensys.

Got to learn more new things like jQuery, SQL and how to handle query.

Dislikes

Shortage of holidays and no apparention for work. Has waited for increment also for long time.There was no flexible time and no allowance for wfh and have to work on PC there is no laptop.

Supportive team ,The bosses are always grounded and humble very friendly to communicate with, Youthful team with an average age of 23 .Very near to Goregaon station hence easy commute .Variety of software to excel in. Overall good experience

Dislikes

Grace time is of only 5 min delayed by a seconds leads to half day, Worst office politics especially in one department.

Overall experience was good and teammates contribution to solve the issues is helpful while working

Different types of policies, partiality among the employees is little bit most thinking topic to do Job here.
