My overall impression is positive. Compensation is good. Freshers are being hired right now and necessary training is provided. There are no limitations to learning. I have a great boss who is highly professional and from whom I'm learning a lot. I'd want to add that the sharper we are, the faster we can execute our tasks, and our work life balance is assured. I haven't learned much about Organizational Culture yet, I'll make a comment in a few months.

started my software career here as a fresher, and the experience has been exceptionally rewarding. The company provides a supportive work environment, complimentary meals during shifts, and actively promotes professional development by sponsoring certification programs and reimbursing the associated fees, subject to terms and conditions. It is an excellent place for career growth.

Strict Office Timings: It's tough when you can't adjust your work hours to fit your life outside the office. Cafeteria Quality: If the food options are limited , it can really take away from enjoying break timing. Lack of Indoor Play Area: Having nowhere to unwind with a quick game or break from work can make the office feel a bit dreary. No Medical Room: When you're feeling unwell at work, it's important to have a place to get some rest to get well.

It doesn't run like a software company. They run software company like a manufacturing company. They never switch on AC. You will be exposed to Spy camera always. No basic respect to employees. We should call higher officials as SIR. They use abusive words. There is no work policy, what ever comes to their mind, that will become as policy. Leave policy and other policy will vary person to person.

Unfortunately there is not even a single thing I liked about this company as there will be unreasonable layoffs suddenly and there will not be proper relieving though be aware of this types of startup company totaly will spoil your career
