Dislikes

No good compensation. Not respect for senior developers. No proper management for developers work even not following any methodology like agile. Continuesly changing project requirements. After completing project by one developer that project get assigned to others. Even you have position but not authority to take decision.

what i find the challenging at senses electronics is the work-life balance.the demands of the role, especially when dealing with critical issues or tight deadlines,can sometimes extend beyond the regular working hours ,making it difficult to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life. while i am committed to delivering high quality of support,this aspect can be challenging at times.
