Flexible work hours. Recognition from upper management if you get things done. Very cool managers / team leads. Permanent work from home options. Leave policy is good.

After a certain point there is a stop on personal growth, repetitive work. Compensation doesn't seem to match with the amount of work or responsibilities.

Culture, politics, decisions involving personal interests rather than organisational growth, ignorant leadership, useless HR, incompetent support team, non technical project managers, non-coding background directors, no transparency, no structure, policies change based on involvement of managerial people in case they violate or else, it will be created when sense a threat from few employees, no mentoring from seniors, pressurized environment for only developers, no hiring capabilities or strategies, work from office as and when directors come to office because he wants that but will allow certain people to work from home whom they themselves hired, last but not the least, referral based selections and favoritism based promotions.

Likes

Management is good, job security is there, certain policies are there to keep the work life easy. There are a lot of things done in a simple way when it comes to create or bring new poeple or leaders onboard, or be it bonus or be it anything else that an employee would want to. One more thing I like about the place is the adaptability to changes that happen based on the current need and requirements. Open culture to encourage productive thoughts. Great technical team and mentors. Healthcare policies etc. The company takes care of many things based on the need of the employee. But the only thing that will help you grow here is your ability to solve problems. For a good start and great learnings, this place is a good option.

Dislikes

There are still some outliers which can never be avoided in any workplace. For example, a growing company employees received salaries a little late sometimes. The late ratio till now has been like twice in a year. That is bearable considering that some problems happen in overseas payment. Office is not in prime location so it diminishes the presence of the company to good candidates.
