New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. Oh there are infinite things! Pathetic management and policies. No job security plus they don’t even pay their employees on time. Highly partial superiors. And the HR is extremely unprofessional and has absolutely no code of conduct. She is careless, arrogant and mean! And the upper management is also partial towards their employees and they treat you according to their convenience, regardless of how well you are working.

The management is not good. The CEO of the company so pathetic person don’t respect females. There is hire and fire policy your issues will never be resolved. Toxic work culture your washroom breaks are also counted. They didn’t pay the employee in covid and also fired many people in such pandemic. Don’t support employee.
