...d supportive and the management is transparent. There is large canteen facility. Company policy are good and they give good salary hikes and bonus every year. There is facility of working overtime in the company. Which pay us double the salary per hour.

Senior Employees are having no knowledge about how do deal professionally. There is no chance of implementation of your ideas. Work with senior india just worst time of my life. I fade up with that Company. Specially I hate HR Department

Working from home. Not so special thing is happened only the govt actions are taken care.

...evelop the leaders, no vision. Immature management along with biased nature. Compensation is descent but growth is very slow, yearly appraisal os max 9% only. Work pressure is very high. Manager do not value an individual’s unique strengths. Only internal training no good training schedule. Working hours are very bad, 10hr working and after That late sitting. No social life. Iteration rate is very high. Poor HR policies. No future business due to management poor approach.
