Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

We will just learn supervisor skills rather than Engineer job.

Dislikes

Unsatisfied culture with management, There is a lot of politics & the management doesn't address our issues.they says engineers also do supervisor work and site engineer stand whole day on site like supervisor, no any value about u can do your best for 24*7 hrs to company, chip people mindset, senior doing illogical things, and they only know to how to shout on juniors, very chip people mind, Poor co ordination between the staff and our project manager always Taking advantage of market situation and blackmailing the employess We don't have any chance of learning new skills here. We will just learn supervisor skills rather than Engineer job.

If we consider optimistically then company didn't lay off any employee but eventually they stop payment since April 2020 month.
