Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

There is nothing much to say.

Dislikes

...t fellow colleagues, and remove them from the positions. Then, Delayed salaries. If you question anything, they will make even more delay in salary. My advice to anyone who needs to grow, don't join this company, as the main lady in this company has no knowledge about how to run the management but is a puppet to an employee inside and plays according to his flute.
