Nothing.. worst company. Once you trapik, its very difficult to come out. Even your family members die, they say they need 10000 SR security deposit to get leave.

All.. food, work life balance, salary, pending salary, arrogant head office staffs, working timing, punch schedule... Etc......

job security: Even if you want to leave the job, the company won't leave you, that much job safety.

No salaries for the last 4 months. Even management doesn't know when they can give the salary. If you approach HR & management for any needs, they will harass you first. Upon annual leave, you have to apply three months before, and nowadays, they won't give you any settlements or tickets. If you deny going without settlements, some times they backcharge you & once you come back they will not pay you for 2 months.
