Poor salary, 2-3 months salary delay, no OT after working also, torture, long working hours, dirty politics, toxic working environment and bad work culture. Everything is bad.

Just only salary on time but company policy was not good all work has done through channel that why i have Completed my Contract with him decided to come back India

There is too much politics on every ones personal choice or benefits. poor company structure, there is lot of communication gap between every divisions, they hate to each other, no check and balance, the powerful gets his way. no proper compensation on your hard working you have to work upto more than 14 hours daily with 0 extra benefits.

job security: Even if you want to leave the job, the company won't leave you, that much job safety.

Dislikes

No salaries for the last 4 months. Even management doesn't know when they can give the salary. If you approach HR & management for any needs, they will harass you first. Upon annual leave, you have to apply three months before, and nowadays, they won't give you any settlements or tickets. If you deny going without settlements, some times they backcharge you & once you come back they will not pay you for 2 months.

...will apply vacation they will not provide Tickets on time as well as sattalment. If you Will apply final exit no body knows who are you before final sitting without pay 1 month or two month not provide tickets and sattalment pay skil very low and no proper overtime.
